Natalie has an Allied Health background, holding a Bachelor of Optometry degree from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She brings more than two decades of experience in Allied Health practice management, gained across a range of clinical healthcare environments in Sydney.

Most recently, Natalie spent 12 years at The Centre for Eye Health / Guide Dogs NSW/ACT as Client Services Manager, where she led client services, supported clinical operations, and contributed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

Natalie’s key areas of expertise include practice management, Allied Health operations, staff leadership and development, client experience, clinic workflow optimisation, change management, stakeholder engagement, referral network management, and process improvement.

Natalie is a supportive and empathetic leader who values strong relationships with colleagues, clinicians, and clients. She is passionate about creating collaborative clinical environments where teams work well together, processes run smoothly, and clients feel genuinely cared for and supported.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, attending Pilates, and going on walks with her dog, Chelsea.
