Sonya is a skilled medical practice administrator who brings a range of experience from her career spanning optical, medical and international shipping industries, in branch / practice management, accounting and marketing roles. She is adept at developing clinic policies and procedures, staff training and management, systems and billing, and has a keen understanding of small business. With over 4 years in healthcare administration, Sonya has a track record of supporting efficient, patient-focused services with a commitment to best practice. 

Sonya also has a counselling background, reflecting her commitment to supporting others and embodied in her volunteer work at local high schools. Together, her administration and counselling experience bring a key balance of high quality client care and smooth practice operation, underpinned by her  warm and dependable presence within our Admin Team.

In her spare time Sonya loves to cultivate her herb garden, sunset dog walks and enjoys seeing local and international films and spending time with family and friends.
